Verifying Your Account


1 - Student Pulse Verification Email


Once your account has been created by a system administrator, you will receive an email to verify your account and create your password.


It will look like the screenshot below:



You will need to click the 'Create Your Password' button in order to change your password. If the button isn't opening the website, copy and paste the URL into your browser.



2 - Creating Your Password


You should now be on this page: 



You will need to enter your password twice, and click the 'Reset' button in order to complete this process.


Once that is done, you should see a green success notification indicating that the setup is complete.



Your account has now successfully been verified and is ready to be used for regular login.



3 - Log In


Your system administrator will send a link for you to use to log in from that point on.

FAQs


I haven't received an email to verify my account and now I can't login. What do I do to fix this?


If your account is not verified, you will see this screen after you attempt to login. Another email verification link can be sent to you so that you can complete this process. Just click the 'Resend Email Verification' button and you will receive another link to complete the steps outlined above.



You will be presented with a confirmation message confirming that a new email has been sent to you.
